Resider provides a real estate search platform that allows users to search for properties, view property details, save properties, and connect with real estate professionals. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any property information displayed on our platform. Property information is provided by third parties and may be subject to change without notice.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Resider and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

13. Severability
