Give your AI assistant live British Columbia real estate data. The Resider MCP server exposes MLS® listings, sold comps, board-style market statistics, assessments, planning, crime and nearby amenities through the Model Context Protocol. Every tool is read-only, and none of them return private user data.

Server URL

https://resider.ca/mcp

Transport: Streamable HTTP. Authentication: OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration. When you connect, you will be asked to sign in with a free Resider account and approve read access.

Claude

Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste the server URL and sign in.

ChatGPT

Settings, then Apps and Connectors, then create a connector with the server URL. Works with deep research through the search and fetch tools.

Listing data comes from Greater Vancouver Realtors, the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and the Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board through the Bridge API, following RESO standards. Responses include absolute https://resider.ca links and an attribution field; please link back to the listing or area page when you cite results. Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
